During this class I will guide you through the theory and practice of how to create the perfect loaf. Because bread baking is not a precise science with practice you can create your own recipes incorporating all your favourite ingredients.
This class cover’s the theory and practice of sourdough, a natural yeast that is softer on the digestion and creates the most wonderful bread. Also spelt bread naturally low in gluten a grain that was used in the Roman times. We will also make focaccia with rosemary and sea salt and melt in the mouth divine buttery cinnamon rolls. And my favourite loaf a heavily seeded rye bread- much like a pumpernickel loaf.
