🌸 Adrianne – Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner & Founder of Indyoga
A former professional dancer turned Event Director, Adrianne found healing through yoga after a spinal injury. She is now a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher offering:
Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Informed & Well Woman Yoga
Chakra-inspired flows infused with breath, intention, and positive psychology
SUP Yoga & Usui Reiki II Healing
Adrianne creates empowering sequences that nurture the physical and energetic bodies. On this retreat, she will also be offering Reiki energy healing sessions — a gentle, non-invasive therapy that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and energy alignment.
Her classes and treatments help you move from stress to stillness — whatever your starting point.
🍽️ Susan – Nutritional Therapist & Longevity Specialist
From catering for Bill Clinton to running deli counters and supper clubs, Susan blends culinary expertise with deep scientific knowledge. She holds a degree in Nutritional Science and specialises in personalised health using:
DNA testing (nutrigenomics)
DUTCH hormone testing
Microbiome and functional health analysis
On the retreat, Susan offers:

🌿 Kate Morsley – Yoga Teacher & Physical Therapist
Kate brings nearly 30 years of yoga and movement teaching, guiding students through mindful practices that blend strength, flexibility, and inner awareness. Her sessions are inclusive, supportive, and energising — designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Alongside daily yoga classes, Kate also offers two deeply restorative therapies as optional retreat add-ons:
Myofascial Release – Gentle hands-on work with fascia to relieve chronic tension and support deep healing.
Spinal Flow Technique – A light-touch therapy that supports the nervous system and emotional release.
Kate’s presence offers space to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and move with joy.
